Sunday Roast at Il Forno

Now that the weather is getting chillier, the rain has began pouring again and the nights are drawing in, a roast dinner of a Sunday is a staple in the colder months. Il Forno has started serving a Sunday Roasts – ideal for Autumnal days as the nights draw in.

We popped in to try the Sharing Board for 2 (£30) – a traditional roast dinner with beef topside, lamb shoulder, porchetta and chicken with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables and homemade gravy. Add a bottle of wine for £15 and you’ve got yourself a perfect Sunday afternoon.

Our sharing board came with sides of mac & cheese (£4) and cauliflower cheese (£4). If you don’t want to share, you can have a roast all to yourself for £17.50 with a dessert of the day.

We where kindly invited to review this meal but all pictures and opinions are our own.
